Nice open terrace, friendly and good service. You take the hygiene rules seriously. The Allgäuer Schnitzel with Käsespätzle was a terrific taste experience. The side salad was also a stunner. Good price-performance ratio.

I was there with my wife and children about 15 years ago and we had decided never to eat there again. Since everyone should have a second chance, I went back last Friday and was pleasantly surprised. The beer from the brewery next door and my onion roast was perfectly fried. I like fresh onions but that's a matter of taste. Nice service and normal prices. E.g. Roast onions with fried potatoes, 15.80 and wheat for 3.20. I can recommend it.

No star restaurant but good middle-class Allgäu and German cuisine at a very good price / performance ratio. Boss and waitress very friendly and attentive. Nice that these restaurants, which have retained their rural character, still exist! 👍👍👍

We were driving smaller roads to avoid the autobahn and were looking for lunch. We stopped in at Gasthaus Krone, and had a very good lunch. Our previous attempts at finding well prepared traditional dishes had not met with good results. This was exactly what we were hoping for, and it was delicious. The service was kind, and efficient. The atmosphere was very warm, and welcoming. We will go out of our way to eat here again. Thanks!
